Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our products and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. Do not use our products and services if you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions.
2. Payments and service access
All payments for our products and services must be made in full and upfront. Due to immediate access to our information and services, all payments are non-refundable. Failure to make a recurring payment for subscription services will result in revoked access. We reserve the right to not reinstate access after one or more failed payments. For our "done-for-you" service, please note that until all payments are completed, ownership of the work remains with us, not the client. We reserve the right to revoke access, unpublish, or otherwise restrict use of the service and associated materials until full payment is received. Installments are not considered a trial and don't guarantee partial ownership of the final service/product, and ownership only transfers upon full payment of all payment installments.
3. Intellectual Property
All content and materials in our products and services, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of Yantle and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our products and services will meet your requirements or that they will be error-free or uninterrupted. We make no income guarantees (see our Disclaimer page).
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Yantle, its affiliates, agents, employees, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products and services.
6. Cookies and Web Beacons
We use cookies and web beacons to enhance user experience. You can choose to decline cookies through your browser settings, but this may impact your use of our services. For more details, please refer to our Cookie Policy access via the cookie banner.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, protect, and share your personal data. We comply with data protection laws and respect your privacy rights.
8. Products, Trial Periods, Charges, and Cancellations
Products purchased through Yantle are non-refundable. If we offer trial periods, they may be subject to a fee smaller than the full cost of any product. This trial fee is non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel the trial and not proceed with the full purchase. Trials, if available, can be canceled at any time through your platform (or contacting support, with at least 2 business days prior to automatic full amount charge). Failure to adhere to this 2 business day notice period can mean our inability to manually process the cancellation, hence you will not be entitled to a refund in case you are charged the full amount.
Cancellation after the trial period, if paid in full for the full product, does not entitle you to a refund. The trial period is designed to provide sufficient time for you to evaluate the product and decide whether it meets your needs, in addition our one-click-cancel system to ending the trial and preventing future charges. Additionally, by accessing our product, you are exposed to our intellectual property.
For payment plans, you have the option to cancel, but no refunds will be issued for any payments already made, including the trial fee. You can cancel all our products yourself through our payment gateway ThriveCart. Request for cancellation from our support team (i.e. manual cancellation from our side), must be requested at least 3 business days in advance of the next cancellation to allow time for processing the request, and actual cancellation. Cancellation of a payment plan before completing the full payment will result in loss of access and potentially loss of data.
Failure to attend 1:1 calls, including onboarding, strategy, or any other consulting calls that are part of 1:1 engagement and require separate preparation for the customer, especially during a trial or after a deposit, is considered outside of access to the core product (course and group training).
If a scheduled call is missed or canceled without at least 1 hour's notice, the effort is deemed "wasted." This refers to the time and resources specifically allocated for the session, including preparation and dedicated time from our team. These are billable hours that could not be charged to other clients, and therefore represent a material cost to Yantle. In the event of a missed call without sufficient 1hr notice, additional fees ranging from $100 to $350, based on our normal hourly pricing, may be charged to compensate for the lost time and resources.
These fees can either be charged additionally or deducted from any deposits made. Even though deposits are refundable, this fee is a separate charge and will be taken from the deposit if applicable. If you need to reschedule or cancel a call, we request at least 1 hour's notice prior to the scheduled call time to avoid these fees. We understand that life happens and, on occasion, rescheduling or cancellation is necessary. We are happy to accommodate these situations, as long as you give us sufficient notice in good faith.
The billing cycles for Starter and Advanced plans (also known as maintenance or self-services packages) are either monthly or quarterly and you can cancel any time. Once you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle, when your subscription ends. At that point you will be downgraded to the Free plan again with limited access to our platform and training videos. If you purchase Pro, you will retain full course access for one year, but the Yantle (app) platform will be downgraded to Free version.
9. No Guarantee of Outcomes & Results
Yantle does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the use of our products, services, or training. Any examples, statements, or testimonials provided by us should not be interpreted as a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
We are committed to supporting our clients to achieve their goals. As a part of this commitment, we may offer to extend our working time and support at no cost under these following conditions:
- Submission of Sales Copy Clinics: Clients must submit at least 7 sales copy clinics and campaigns during their project engagement (12 weeks)
- End of Week (EOW) Reports: Clients must submit at least 10 out of 12 EOW reports to enable us to track progress and provide necessary feedback during their project engagement (12 weeks)
- Attendance of Consulting Calls: Clients must attend at least 19 of 24 scheduled group calls to ensure effective communication and ongoing support during their project engagement (12 weeks)
- Course completion: Clients must provide evidence of course completion and implementation of the 4 pillars during their project engagement (12 weeks)
Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in the revocation of the extended working time offer. This policy ensures that both parties are fully engaged and committed to achieving the best possible outcomes.
10. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of our products and services and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
